We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Back Office Reservationist to manage reservations for our top corporate accounts. This full-time, behind-the-scenes role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and professional communication. You’ll be the key liaison between our hotel and high-value clients, ensuring seamless booking experiences and accurate data management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for top accounts, handling all reservation-related needs.
- Book, modify, and cancel reservations using our reservation system.
- Communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and internal teams.
- Run daily and weekly reports to track account activity and performance.
- Collaborate with the front desk and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with front desk tasks as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with reservation systems (PEP PMS preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
