We are delighted to be working with one of the UK's finest 5-star luxury hotels who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Back of House Supervisor to join their team.

Responsibilities as the Back of House Supervisor… 

• This role is a hands on role where you will report to the Back of House Manager and assist in the training, rota planning and management of a dedicated team of cleaners, housekeepers & kitchen porters. 
• As a Back of House Supervisor you will have the unparalleled chance to work in an environment that values excellence, attention to detail, and superior service.
• You will be the linchpin that ensures the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation, and service are consistently met.

To excel in this role, you will possess proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail, are also really important. You will enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team will be utilised. Working knowledge of PPE & COSH guidelines.
