Associate Operations Manager
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model: Two days in-office.


Whether it’s hotels, rental cars, flights, cruises, or packages, our Lines of Business develop the relationships we need to generate great deals and then get them to Priceline customers—so they can experience all the moments that matter to them.


Why this job’s a big deal:
As an Associate Operations Manager, you will optimize operations to strengthen partner supply health, accelerate the sales team’s revenue‑generating activities, and deliver on Partner Service Team goals. You will drive process improvements through strong project management skills, technical expertise, data-driven decision making, and operational understanding. You will leverage AI-powered automations and tools to scale efficiency and quality. Your initiative, effective communication, disciplined work habits, and attention to detail will be key to success in this role.


In this role you will get to:

  • Drive operational efficiencies by designing, automating, and maintaining processes, workflows, and tools (including AI agents).

  • Manage the requirements and reporting of our operational systems, ensuring proper hotel configurations and timely resolution of complex workflow issues.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Priceline systems and tools, providing specialized support to the Sales organization and seeking ways to optimize team and partner performance.

  • Liaise closely with Development and Product teams to build improved products and system functionality for our hotel partners.

  • Develop and manage the strategic usage of commercial systems (e.g., CRM), sales methodologies, and data analytics tools.

  • Assist in the development and upkeep of documentation and training materials.

  • Regularly gather and incorporate feedback from sales teams to improve resources and processes.

 Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Project Management.

  • Proven track record in project delivery and product, system, or process improvement.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing data. Some SQL knowledge is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).

  • Adapts well to and is energized by change, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a curiosity around tools and technology, in particular AI and automation tools.

  • Team player, with a “get it done” attitude and work ethic, and ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail and highly disciplined work habits.

  • Illustrated history of living the values necessary to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000.

Flexible work at Priceline

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
