Job Summary
The Assistant Pastry Chef is responsible for assisting the Pastry Chef and the Executive Chef in the daily management for operations of the back of the house and personnel functions for assigned and approved BEO's. The Assistant Pastry Chef serves as a role model and mentor to the chefs, line cooks and will act as an ambassador for the organization.
