Assistant Maintenance Manager – Luxury 5 Star Hotel

Job Description

We are so excited to continue working with one of the most exclusive luxury boutique hotels in London. They are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Maintenance Manager to help maintain their stunning hotel to impeccable standards.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as the Assistant Maintenance Manager…

• £35,000 per annum plus £9,000 service charge
• Paid travel card – Up to zone 4 (After 6 months)
• Working a variety of shifts – Early 8am to 4:30pm, Middle Shift 11:30am to 8pm and Sunday shift 9am to 5:30pm
• Working 5 days per week including weekends

Responsibilities as the Assistant Maintenance Manager…

• Completing a wide array of duties such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, minor decorating and general handyman tasks
• Working closely alongside the Chief Engineer to help lead the team to success
• Going above and beyond to complete all tasks to the highest possible standard
• Providing exceptional customer service to any guests you meet

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Assistant Maintenance Manager who has good leadership skills, is looking to expand their skill set and has experience working in high-end hotels.
