We are seeking an experienced assistant restaurant manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train qualified staff members, and maintain high food standards. With professionalism and a positive attitude, they will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurant, as well as the long-term success of our employees.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for the Hospitality/Restaurant Industry and a strong background in team management within the restaurant industry. Positive attitude and a team player.

  • Manage and maintain smooth restaurant operations
  • Supervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedback and training
  • Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Training new hires
  • Reliable


  • Proven work experience in a restaurant setting
  • Understanding of financial management
  • Ability to memorize and explain the restaurant’s menu
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Customer Service skills
  • Food Service Sanitation certification. CPR Certification and/or First Aid training preferred
