Description

Support all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels oh hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and maintain a good relationship to guest within the Hotel, Apartemen and Tenant. Support the tracking and resolution of service issue.



Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
  • Bechelor’s degree in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bechelor’s degree is desirable.
  • 1 or 2 years experience in similar position
  • Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
  • Strong market sense and result orientation
  • Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and regulations
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang

  • Engage in friendly and effective communication with guests.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Guest Relation Officers.
  • Create unforgettable experiences to ensure guests have a memorable stay.
  • Show enthusiasm, sociability, and an open-minded attitude when serving guests.
  • Be eager to learn and grow professionally at Delonix Hotel Karawang.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) as a guide for daily tasks.
  • Proactively campaign for and actively seek more reviews from guests.
  • Efficiently manage daily shuttle/transportation services.
