DescriptionSupport all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels oh hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and maintain a good relationship to guest within the Hotel, Apartemen and Tenant. Support the tracking and resolution of service issue.
Requirements - Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS)
- Bechelor’s degree in Rooms Division, Hotel Management, or other relevant fields. Bechelor’s degree is desirable.
- 1 or 2 years experience in similar position
- Strong affinity for and commitment to the hotel industry
- Strong market sense and result orientation
- Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and regulations
- Willing to be placed in Karawang

- Efficiently manage daily shuttle/transportation services.
