• Oversee and manage daily F&B operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Perform all necessary duties in the restaurant as needed, preparing it for each shift according to company guidelines and handbook policies.
• Monitor service standards, dining times, seating rotations, and capacity to ensure smooth and equitable shifts.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Provide hands-on support to associates and assist in their functions to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain all training and certification materials, ensuring associates are well-trained and up-to-date with company standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly and effectively, enhancing the guest experience.
• Understand department goals and action plans to achieve them, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
• Mexican, North American, or Canadian citizenship.
• Possess Cedula Professional on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Possess Titulo Universitario and grades on hand (not in process). The degree must be in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Have a valid Mexican, Canadian, or U.S. passport with at least 1.5-year validity.
• No previous immigration issues.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to move to the U.S.
• Fluency in English.
