Job Description

• Oversee daily engineering operations, ensuring all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained at the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and functionality.

• Support the Senior Chief Engineer in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, optimizing energy consumption, and controlling repair/maintenance costs.

• Lead, mentor, and train the engineering team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within engineering or maintenance, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.

• Strong understanding of engineering operations, including preventive maintenance, energy management, and safety & compliance standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate, train, and develop a technical team.
