AM Breakfast Cook

Our downtown boutique hotel is looking for an experienced breakfast cook to run the morning breakfast service and buffet. The ideal candidate must be punctual and able to prepare breakfast items according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. This position must be able to work quickly and efficiently to meet service time expectations during breakfast hours.

This role requires setting up and breaking down the buffet, as well as monitoring inventory levels and quality. This breakfast cook must ensure that proper food storage and temperature control are maintained and replenish items when needed.
