A Guest Services Representative for the 2nd shift in Newport, KY, US is accountable for welcoming and bidding farewell to guests as part of the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring financial success.
- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Answer any questions guests have
- Make recommendations for activities and restaurants
- Store any luggage guests have
- Answer the phone and direct the call
- Take reservations on the phone
- Arrange transportation for guests
- Maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out
- Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

We have a 2nd shift (3 pm-11 pm) Full-time position available.
Fosse training is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
