· Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner
· Ensure guests are satisfied & fulfill any additional requests
· Ensure Food & Beverages are sufficiently stocked at all times
· Answer questions regarding the food, the hotel & local area
· Clear and reset counters at conclusion of each service
· Ensure cleanliness of lounge
· Clean and wipe down tables & service areas
· Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints.
· Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures.
· Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.
· Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures.
Ability to accurately use various office software.
· Minimum lifting of 50 pounds.
· Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
· Hearing, writing, typing.
· Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.
· Other duties may be assigned.
· Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.
· Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations.
· Must have good mathematical and computer skills.
· High school education preferred. Relevant training and experience required.
· Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates.
· CPR training and first aid training preferred.
· Additional language ability preferred.
